Exchange Policy Reminder

• Eligibility: Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
• Non-Exchangeable Items: Certain items, including sale items, custom products, and undergarments, may not be eligible for exchange.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to us unless the exchange is due to an error or defect. We will handle shipping costs for the replacement item.

How to Submit Your Exchange Request
